DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

By approving this declaration, I hereby give my express consent to Ravy Care contacting me for all kinds of information, promotions, advertisements, product offers, promotions, campaigns, satisfaction evaluation studies and announcements, using my name, surname and contact information I have provided to the Ravy Care Website, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, within the scope of the services provided to me by Ravy Care. In this context, if there is any change in this information, I will notify Ravy Care in writing and sign a new declaration containing my updated information and provide it to Ravy Care.

I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I am aware that the consent given by me is revocable and that I can easily and free of charge give Ravy Care a rejection notification through the same communication channel through which the commercial electronic message was sent, and that I can also exercise my right of rejection through the İYS (if the system is put into use).

INFORMATION ABOUT COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE SENDING

In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, commercial electronic messages refer to messages containing data, audio and video sent for commercial purposes and made electronically using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, short message services.

Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. Commercial electronic messages cannot be sent to recipients who do not have their consents on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System ("IYS"). This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication means, or through the IYS (if the system is available). Consent received through the IYS includes an affirmative statement of consent and an electronic communication address. Recipients may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any justification. A recipient's notification of refusal invalidates the consent for the communication channel through which the notification was made. Recipients may also exercise their right of refusal through the IYS (if the system is available).

If the recipient provides contact information for the purpose of contacting him/her, no additional consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes, use and maintenance of the goods or services provided.

It is not mandatory to obtain prior consent for commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic communication addresses of merchants or tradespeople. However, if merchants or tradespeople exercise their right of refusal under relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages cannot be sent without their consent. Before sending such messages, the service provider registers the electronic communication addresses of merchants or tradespeople in the IYS, and the IYS verifies whether the recipients have exercised their right of refusal.

In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, within the scope of the services we provide by Ravy Care, you may be contacted for the purpose of conveying all kinds of information, promotions, advertisements, product offers, promotions, campaigns, satisfaction evaluation studies and announcements, using any communication tool (SMS, e-mail, telephone, fax, call center, etc.) with your consent, in line with the information obtained from the Ravy Care Website.

Even if you consent to receiving commercial electronic messages in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation, you can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any justification. We would like to remind you that you can easily and free of charge submit a rejection notification through the same communication channel through which the commercial electronic message was sent. You can also exercise your right of rejection through the IYS (if the system is available).
